With a large range of balancing machines, Universal Balancing is able to balance rotors weighing from a few grams, up to 2000kg in weight, with a maximum diameter of 2150mm and length of 8000mm. Typical parts include rotors, fans, impellors, rollers, turbines, blowers, flails, pulleys, flywheels, centrifuges and many other industrial and automotive components.
As standard, all sub-contract balancing jobs are logged and a certificate (either paper or electronic) is supplied to conform to ISO standards. The certificates show the rotor name/number, serial numbers (where applicable), initial unbalance, residual unbalance, customers details, date and the balancing engineers name.
